8. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

9. The Firm makes no guarantees regarding the security or privacy of this online payment service and disclaims any and all responsibility for any loss or corruption of data or other information from your use of or access to this service.

10. You agree that use of this service shall not be construed as either an accord and satisfaction or a full payment of Your account.

11. You agree that any payment transmitted via this service will not be credited toward Your account until actually received and verified to be full payment of the amount owed to the Firm.

12. You warrant and acknowledge that a payment made via this service may not be credited to Your account if Your means of payment is closed, frozen, or otherwise unavailable, if the payment fails to properly transmit, and or if any part of the electronic funds transfer network is not working properly.

13. You agree that in no event will the Firm be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs or expense of any nature, including, without limitation, lost profits, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, due to Your use of this service.

14. The Firm may cease offering this service at any time, for any reason or no reason, and with or without notice.

15. These Terms for online payments are subject to change at any time.

16. Your access to and use of this site, including any and all payments submitted hereon, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. By proceeding, You hereby submit yourself to the jurisdiction of the Federal and State Courts of North Carolina, which shall be the sole jurisdiction of any future action regarding or relating to this site, Your use and access to this site, any and all payments submitted using this site, and any and all other claims alleged against or involving the Firm.
